F&I Administration Solutions, LLC Acquires Dealertrack’s SCS Business

Chicago, Illinois. March 11, 2009 – F&I Administration Solutions, LLC today announced that it has purchased certain assets related to the SCS business of DealerTrack Aftermarket Services, Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK). F&I Administration Solutions is owned by David Trinder, a former Senior Vice President at DealerTrack.

Built specifically for automotive aftermarket product and service providers, the SCS Auto platform is a fully integrated, web-based solution that automates and streamlines the F&I product administration process. This complete solution gives F&I product providers the tools to run their back offices. It is a hosted service that enables provider administration staff to access, securely through a web browser, the full suite including product, contract, channel, claims and risk management functions.
