Quality Assurance Analyst
Hours: Full-time: Forty hours per week
Work Site: 200 W 22nd Street, Suite 271, Lombard IL 60148
Job Duties: Analyze requirements and specifications. Review test scenarios and test cases for the functional, system and integration testing requirements. Design, develop, write and execute automation scripts to ensure applications are defect free and meet business user expectations. Collaborate with both the product and development teams to ensure all the changes to the software meet the requirements and do not negatively impact functionality. Understand, study and document automation requirements, automation framework and automation script execution. Perform defect and data analysis and management. Use the following technologies: skills: HP Quick Test Professional, Microsoft SQL Server 2008+, MS Visual Studio, SOAP UI, etc.
Minimum Educ/Exp: Bachelor Degree or foreign equivalent degrees in Engineering/CS/MIS/Related and five years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in the following: design and development of automation scripts using HP Quick Test Professional, Microsoft SQL Server 2008+, MS Visual Studio, SOAP UI. At least three years of experience on defect and data analysis and management.

Senior Software Engineer
Job Duties: Research and analyze business requirements and develop and document functional/technical specifications. Analyze, design, develop, customize, implement, test, debug and enhance software applications on environments like client server or mainframe using various tools/technologies including .NET framework, C#, ASP.Net, Visual Basic.Net and SQL Server. Work with other developers in completing major deliverables. Provide production support when needed.
Minimum Educ/Exp: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (including Electrical) or related and five years of progressive post baccalaureate experience as a software developer, programmer, engineer or related occupation.
Individual must have at least 1 year of experience using C#, ASP.Net, Visual Basic.Net and SQL Server.
