Credit card payments can be generated by the click of a button directly from within the claim screen in SCS Auto. A personalized fax with the virtual credit card's details is sent to the dealer to cover repair fees. Wright Express returns a transaction file each day that automatically reconciles the payments in SCS Auto. Only the rare exceptions need to be handled manually. The operational efficiencies of this automated process and the security and controls the virtual credit card deliver make this an extremely popular partnership.
